Clodagh is an Accredited Psychotherapist and Supervisor with The Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy; therefore she has achieved the correct qualifications and clinical experience to be recognised as a validate practitioner. She is also a lecturer on both the Certificate & Degree programmes for Counselling & Psychotherapy in a Dublin based college.
Clodagh has a Person Centered / Integrative approach to therapy, believing that her clients have the ability within themselves to become the person they want to be. Clodagh’s holistic approach facilitates this transition, meeting the unique needs of the individual client, appreciating the connection between mind, body and spirit.
Clodagh sees her role as Supervisor as a supportive one, offering space to her supervisees to explore growth facilitating interventions to support their clients in their search for change.
Clodagh’s passion in her work as a Psychotherapist / Supervisor is a Somatic (Body) Psychotherapy called The Hakomi Method. This approach enables clients to make the changes required to live a healthier and happier life.
Grainne also offers a limited number of low cost counselling and psychotherapy spaces to clients.
