Anthony achieved a First-class honours Degree in Psychology from Dublin Business School and a First-class honours Masters in Psychotherapy from Dublin City University. For his Masters he learned an Integrative approach – adapting different types of therapies including Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy and Systemic Therapy to different issues with different clients. He is a fully accredited member of the National Association for Pastoral Counselling and Psychotherapy (NAPCP). He has worked in ACCORD and Relationships Ireland with individuals and couples.

Anthony often works in a goal-focused manner. He assists clients in formulating their own goals, determining how to achieve their goals and also identifying aids and impediments to these goals. Therapy may often involve settings tasks which should be achieved by clients between sessions.
